"Very impressed with this company. My front door has 3 locks, one of which I had tried to replace myself when it had started to work loose. I can do a bit of DIY, but locks and mechanisms are definitely not my forte. It was rather disastrous attempt, resulting in a "temporary patch up" job, so I just used the other locks. My patio door handle (not the usual combined lock and handle) was also loose and after my front door disaster, I was not game to try to fix this one. The gent from Worralls sorted the patio door in less than a minute - that was a bit embarrassing for me!! He then advised that the front door was not going to be improved security-wise by his installing a new lock system. The 2 locks I had left were more than sufficient - and were, in fact, far better than the original lock. He could have made a lot of money by saying I needed a new lock - I really would have been none the wiser and would have gone ahead with this without question. Instead, he gave some good advice about how to make the door look presentable without the old lock. I was so impressed and appreciative - and to find a business that operates so honestly, and with the best interests of the customers in mind, well it's truly refreshing. I cannot recommend them highly enough."
